Responsibilities
- Attend to showroom walk-in customers including designers & contractors, and provide tailored tile recommendations.
- Offer design concepts and material solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, interior design, renovation, architecture or building materials is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Malay is a plus) due to client communication needs.
- Computer-literate and possess own transport.
